    Can’t Quit Architectural Photography

Interior of Game Lodge in Botswana

This campground/game lodge modeled its architecture after the Zulu villages. Apparently the villages walls would get built every year with mud that dried hard. When the annual rains came it would wash the ornate walls away and the walls would go up again the next year.

I’m back from Africa. 6 weeks of Africa. We (The U.S) have it pretty good. Every time I travel (anywhere) the most overwhelming emotion I feel is when I get home. Had a wonderful time, but glad to be back in the US of A! There are so many aspects of life that are so much easier here, I’m grateful. So I tried pretty hard to not photograph too much architecture on my trip, I needed a break, but that itch crept in. Anytime I saw something very unique I could not pass it up. This is an interior of an upscale Safari Campground in Botswana.
